• Swimming pool

  16×8 m swimming pool reserved for guests, open from sunrise to sunset. Maximum depth: 2 metres. Poolside shower

• Electric car charging

  There is a charging station on site. Please install the UATTZY app (App Store or Google Play) to start charging.

• Alexa

  Every apartment has an Amazon Alexa device.

• Tap water

  It comes from a sterilised well and is suitable for cooking. For drinking, we recommend bottled water. You will find complimentary water in the fridge; extra bottles cost €2.00.

• Laundry

  Self-service, open 24 hours a day, €5 per wash with detergent included. It is located to the right of the swimming pool. Please tell us the number of washes before check-out. Professional laundry: Lavanderia Cortonese, Via Dardano 35.

• Lavazza coffee

  Every apartment has a Lavazza machine. The first capsules are complimentary; ten original capsules cost €10. Please contact us if you would like more. They are not available in supermarkets.

• Quiet hours

  From 13:00 to 15:00 and after 22:00.

• Smoking

  Smoking is not permitted indoors. Ashtrays are provided in the outdoor areas.

• Pets

  Pets are welcome: €10 per night. They may stay near the pool on a leash, but may not enter the water.
